Itīs amazing, how such a big band creates such a consistend sound with a high recognition factor. It must be the family spirit. The new CD contains fine psychedelic songs, more spacepop as krautrock. Tom Redeckerīs voice contrasts with his roughness the overall sound which comes light and atmospheric, but never simple. In their version of Careful with the axe, Eugene they do the wild jam. Their best so far, buy it!
This record doesnīt leave many wishes open, because it contains real psych, fuzzy guitars, strange instruments and unreal lyrics. You will listen to different styles of wildly screaming, dreamy, folky and thoughtful sounds, never without a guitar and the singer Tom "The Perc" Redeker hat as remarkably deep and full voice. Itīs worth buying when you are a psych fan with tradition. A record you will turn on more than twice.
